Birkdale Seniors Travel Booking and Payment Hours
Effective March 1, 2026
Tuesday – 11:30am to 3pm
Wednesday – 11:30am to 12:30pm
Thursday – 9:30am to 12:15 pm
Payment: Preferably cheque made payable to Birkdale Seniors.
You may book up to 4 persons per trip (including yourself).
Travel Cancellation Policy
Birkdale Community Centre Seniors – Effective February 1, 2026
All participants must be able to travel independently.
The TRAVEL COMPANY we use for our trips does not supply us with a bus that would accommodate wheelchairs or scooters.
To ensure your seat, all trips are to be paid by cheque, and no reservations will be taken without payment.
In the event you cannot attend it is your responsibility to contact the centre to cancel as soon as possible.
Bookings will be taken up as per posted date on flyer.
No refunds will be given prior to date of trip. Any refund requests will be reviewed by the travel conveners’ and/or the executive for a decision.All refund requests will be dealt with on an individual basis and may be decided after the trip has taken place.
When there are pre-ordered meals and/or tickets for events no refunds will be given.
Inclimate Weather:
No refunds will be given if the trip proceeds.
Refunds will only be given if the trip is cancelled by the tour and/or the bus company.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of all persons attending any trip that they must bring proper government photo identification.
