Travel Cancellation Policy
Effective January 1, 2025
All trips are to be paid by cheque, if at all possible upon booking or shortly thereafter (within 1 week).
Bookings will be taken up as per posted date on flyer.
No refunds will be given prior to date of trip. Any refund requests will be reviewed by the travel conveners’ and/or the executive for a decision.All refund requests will be dealt with on an individual basis and will be decided after the trip has taken place.
When there are pre-ordered meals and/or tickets for events no refunds will be given.
In the event that your ticket can be resold, 50% will be refunded to you, pending final decision made by the Travel Convener and/or the executive on a full refunds.
Inclimate Weather:
No refunds will be given if the trip proceeds.
Refunds will only be given if the trip is cancelled by the tour and/or the bus company.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of all persons attending any trip that they must bring proper government photo identification.
